Anne Hathaway in Dolce & Gabbana - 'Shut Up and Play the Hits' Premiere

Anne Hathaway is clearly preparing for the promotional tour of 'The Dark Knight Rises'.  It seems like the only explanation as to why she's being drawn to black dresses lately - she's saving her best for later.  Hoping that is true.

Anne was seen in New York last night at the premiere of a documentary at the city's Village East Cinema in a textured Dolce & Gabbana shift.  It was paired with gold jewelery, a chainstrap bag and black flats.

It is a charming, easy-going look for sure, but I hope she steps up her game during the premieres.

Katy Perry in Dolce & Gabbana - 'Katy Perry: Part of Me' Premiere

Katy Perry has a documentary about herself.

Anyway, for its premiere, she took to the red carpet in a strapless Dolce & Gabbana dress.  The velvet frock with a sweetheart neckline was also worn by Sonam Kapoor back in May.

I have to say, much preferred the way Sonam wore this dress; I can't believe Katy paired it with matching pumps.

Emma Stone in Dolce & Gabbana - 'The Amazing Spider-Man' Madrid Premiere

For the premiere of 'The Amazing Spider-Man' in Madrid last Thursday, Emma Stone wore a beautiful Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 dress.

The actress exuded a fairy tale vibe in her cream lace dress with colourful floral embroidery and design.

She wore it with her hair pinned back in a soft, wavy style and neutral make-up; the finishing touches were those Van Cleef & Arpels jewels and the nude Christian Louboutin 'Pigalle' pumps.

Heidi Klum in Europe

Heidi Klum was in Germany last week for the photocall of 'Germany's Next Top Model'.  She wore a glittering pant-suit by Roberto Cavalli for the day.  The crocodile-skin textured suit with flared pants made Heidi look statuesque (not that she needs it).

For promoting a cosmetics brand in Madrid, Spain, she opted for a vivid, fuschia Dolce & Gabbana mini, which was worn with a waist-cinching belt.  A slick bun, pink lips, a stack of bracelets and black Louboutins completed her look.

Heidi is no wallflower, that's for sure.

Ellie Kemper in Dolce & Gabbana - 2012 MTV Movie Awards

Ellie Kemper wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress to this year's MTV Movie Awards.

The bright, floral print dress with three-quarter sleeves was great on the 'Bridesmaids' actress.  The colour suited her cheerful persona perfectly.

Wavy, long hair, a light green clutch and neon pink Alexander McQueen pumps completed her summery look.

Kirsten Dunst attended the photocall of 'On the Road' looking absolutely gorgeous.

She wore a Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 dress.  The white dress had short sleeves and textured lace everywhere.  She looked positively angelic in the dress, worn with an updo and a flower tiara.  I also loved her choice of footwear here - she's wearing white Charlotte Olympia pumps with a gold platform.

Cannes always seems to bring out the best out of Kirsten and white dresses are always a great choice for the festival.  Now, why didn't Kirsten bring this at the Met Ball?

Jessica Chastain in Dolce & Gabbana - 'Madagascar 3 Europe's Most Wanted' Cannes Photocall

Jessica Chastain attended the photocall of 'Madagascar 3' in Cannes yesterday.

She wore a colourful Dolce & Gabbana dress with a floral print.  It was an improvement on her previous day look.

She opted for curly hair, neutral make-up and nude peep-toe pumps to balance out the colours on the dress.

Nina Dobrev attended The CW's Upfronts in NYC with boyfriend, Ian Somerhalder and the rest of the cast of 'Vampire Dairies'.

She wore a champagne satin Dolce & Gabbana sheath with full sleeves.  Lucky Nina already possesses a flawless figure as satin is unforgiving.

I like how she has changed up her hair, wearing it in a side parting with lighter tones.  She wore it with fuschia lips and matching sandals.

Jessica Chastain attended the photocall of 'Madagascar 3 Europe’s Most Wanted' during the second day of the Cannes Film Festival.

She wore a black and white Dolce & Gabbana dress with bubble sleeves, lace and a rose pattern. The dress is making her shoulders appear wider than they are and the dress just seems very ordinary, nothing to make it Cannes worthy. 

 I did like her hair but that's all.  She completed the look with Jimmy Choo sandals which seemed too heavy for her look.

Katharine McPhee was clad in a Dolce & Gabbana dress at the NBC Upfront Presentation for her show 'Smash'.

The full sleeved, baby pink dress with colourful floral appliques and a knee-length hemline looked very elegant without looking boring.  I love the colours.

She wore it with side-swept wavy tresses and gold, ankle-strap heels. This is the first time that a look of Katharine has appealed to me.

For the premiere of her husband's movie, Isla Fisher wore a Dolce & Gabbana dress.

I think Isla is very pretty but she seems to be drawn towards very teeny-bopper type dresses, which is rather unfortunate.  

She looked good in this silver, lacy dress but it felt age inappropriate somehow.  Maybe it was because of her hair and red heels.  I would have rather seen her wear some sleek sandals.

Scarlett Johansson looked like what I imagine a fairytale princess would look like at this year's Met gala in NYC.

She was radiant in a custom, nude Dolce & Gabbana tulle gown with an off-shoulder neckline, a heavily embellished bodice and a frothy skirt.

The limp hair could have been better but I'm just glad she didn't wear a cocktail dress.

Kristen Stewart appeared on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' on Friday night to talk about her upcoming movie 'Snow White and the Huntsman'.

K.Stew looked cool and casual like always in a graphic Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt, worn with her signature figure-hugging J Brand pants, all brightened up with the tomato red Rebecca Minkoff blazer.

On purpose messy hair, neutral make-up and black brogues were the finishing touches, although I would have loved to see her don black pointy pumps.

Chloe Moretz in Dolce & Gabbana - 'Hick' NYC Screening

Chloe Moretz attended the screening of her latest movie 'Hick' (which also stars Blake Lively), sponsored by the Cinema Society and Phase 4 Films.

I thought Chloe looked very elegant in this floral printed Dolce & Gabbana dress with bubble sleeves, a square neckline and ruching.

Neutral make-up and nude Jimmy Choo 'Lance' sandals completed her look.

'Glee' Academy Event

The 'Glee' girls attended the annual Academy screening of their hit show today.

For once, Lea Michele didn't try to upstage her co-stars.  She looked pretty, in a low-key way in Jenni Kayne separates with sparkly detail that she wore simply with a ponytail and Giambattista Valli heels.

Jayma Mays wore a key spring trend in the form of her yellow, printed Dolce & Gabbana dress.  Her look consisted of wavy hair and beige, pointy pumps.

Amber Riley was casual in grey silk top and jeans, worn with a white cardigan and red peep toes.

Heather Morris wore a velvet bustier top with a printed asymmetrical skirt.  I have only word for her ensemble: hideous.

Heidi Klum in Dolce & Gabbana - Empire State Building Lighting Ceremony Honoring Bone Marrow Donors

Heidi Klum posed atop the Empire State building in NYC on Thursday; she was there to light up the building in honour of bone marrow donors.

She wore a spotted Dolce & Gabbana dress with three-quarter sleeves.  It was a pretty dress but the short hemline felt a little inappropriate for the event - something more conservative would have been a better choice.

That being said, I loved her sleek bun, and red lipstick; she also wore cap-toe Louboutins.

Jennifer Garner attended her first post-pregnancy event at this year's Walt Disney Studio Motion Pictures CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

The actress was radiant in an ivory/blush lace dress by Dolce & Gabbana.  The colours offset her hair tones really well and its shape was sleek.

She wore it with matching nude Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toes.

Emma Stone attended the photocall of the upcoming 'The Amazing Spider Man' in Cancun, Mexico yesterday.

She chose white separates from Dolce & Gabbana.  It might not be clear from picture but the top has an embellished collar which I love.  However, I don't like that skirt; I've never been a fan of skirts with buttons running down the centre.

Relaxed hair and Brian Atwood sandals gave a laid-back vibe which was contrasted by her bright red lips.

Penelope Cruz attended the world premiere of 'To Rome with Love' at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome two nights ago.

The Spanish actress looked exquisite in a strapless, baby pink lace gown by Dolce & Gabbana.  While it may look like a column gown from the front, it also had a train.

Penelope changed up the hair by wearing it in a high, braided bun and accessorised with Chopard jewels and a Roger Vivier clutch.

I can't gush enough about how gorgeous she looks.

Lily Collins ditched her princess ballgowns for a pant-suit at the Cartier part in NYC on Thursday.

The 'Mirror Mirror' actress donned a black satin suit by Dolce & Gabbana, wearing it with a high-neck, ruffled ivory blouse.

A slick ponytail and flawless, romantic make-up were accompanied by a red Cartier clutch and Jimmy Choo pumps.
