Selena Gomez in Roberto Cavalli - 2012 MuchMusic Awards

Selena Gomez attended the annual MuchMusic Awards in Canada on Sunday night.

She posed on the red carpet in a gold sequinned mini-dress by Roberto Cavalli.  After her great run with Versace last week, I was kind of hoping she'd continue with it but there's no denying that she looks great here.

It was worn with wavy hair, hoop earrings, orange lips and matching sandals.

Heidi Klum in Europe

Heidi Klum was in Germany last week for the photocall of 'Germany's Next Top Model'.  She wore a glittering pant-suit by Roberto Cavalli for the day.  The crocodile-skin textured suit with flared pants made Heidi look statuesque (not that she needs it).

For promoting a cosmetics brand in Madrid, Spain, she opted for a vivid, fuschia Dolce & Gabbana mini, which was worn with a waist-cinching belt.  A slick bun, pink lips, a stack of bracelets and black Louboutins completed her look.

Heidi is no wallflower, that's for sure.

Kylie Minogue in Roberto Cavalli - Cannes Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Australian pop star Kylie Minogue attended the closing ceremony of the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

For the night, she opted for a soft, classic look by wearing this lavender chiffon Roberto Cavalli gown.  There was nothing worth criticising in this look from her but it paled in comparison to what we saw on Diane Kruger.

Karolina Kurkova was glimmering a gold Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 dress at the amfAR Gala on Thursday.

She was exquisite in this nude gown with short sleeves and top to toe gold embellishments. Unlike the Met Ball, she styled the look in a simple manner.

I'd never paid much attention to Karolina's red carpet style but ever since the Met Ball, I'm always looking forward to seeing what she'll wear next.

Heidi Klum in Roberto Cavalli - De Grisogono Party in Cannes

Heidi Klum was in attendance at the De Grisogono party held during Cannes Film Festival.

She was smokin' in a sleek black Roberto Cavalli dress with a halter neck.  You can really see that whole supermodel thing here.

An updo and colourful jewelery were all she needed.

Karolina Kurkova & Irina Shayk in Roberto Cavalli - Cannes Film Festival Day 7

Karolina Kurkova and Irina Shayk (known for being Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend and a Sports Illustrated model) attended the premiere of 'Killing Them Softly' on the seventh day of the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

Both wore dresses by Roberto Cavalli.

Karolina wore a sparkling black halter dress with pailettes from the Fall 2012 collection.  It was worn by her with an updo and a bold, dark lip colour.  

Irina opted for a more classical look in her vibrant red, off-shoulder custom dress with embellishments and a leg split.  It managed to showcase her beautiful skintone, and long legs so I'd say mission accomplished.  She wore it with an updo and de Grisogono jewels.

Ashlee Simpson in Roberto Cavalli - Marquee at The Star Sydney Opening

It was a Roberto Cavalli Pre-Fall 2012 gown for Ashlee Simpson as she attended the opening of a club in Sydney.

I don't know what Ashlee is doing these days but she looks fantastic!  The snakeskin print gown with a floaty bodice and satin trim looked great on her.

Big eyelashes, black earrings and an animal-print bag were the finishing touches.

Sonam Kapoor at Milan Fashion Week

Sonam Kapoor was a front row regular during Milan Fashion Week.

The fashionista stepped out in three very different looks through the week.

She sat front row at the Salvatore Ferregamo Fall 2012 show in a vintage look.  A pussy-bow blouse was paired with navy coloured cropped pants and a collar-less coat.  A curled hairstyle, red lips, a tan satchel and heels completed the look.

At the Dolce & Gabbana show, she wore a whimsical sunflower & onion print Spring 2012 dress.

A ponytail, gold earrings, red bag and nude peep-toes were the finishing touches.

It was a complete change for her at the Roberto Cavalli Fall showing.  

Sonam wore a a snakeskin print maxi dress topped with a leopard print fur collared jacket.  In a very signature Cavalli way, Sonam wore her hair poker straight with a centre parting and smokey eyes. A studded bag was the finishing touch.

Sofia Vergara attended the Vanity Fair Oscar Party in a Roberto Cavalli gown.

It's a pretty dress but way too bridal for me.  I'm also not crazy about her choice of accessories as they feel mismatched.

The Israeli model looked amazing in the sequined champagne gown but I feel as though Bar has worn this type of gown a lot before, so it's nothing new.

I guess her motto is, why fix something that isn't broken.

She was glowing in a nude, one-shoulder chiffon gown by Roberto Cavalli that had silver embellishments and a leg split.

Miley Cyrus went for a glamorous look at the annual Oscar Viewing Party thrown by Elton John.

Miley wore a dove grey gown with embroidery, full sleeves and a chiffon train.  It's a lovely dress and even though I think that she could have worn something a little more youthful, there's no denying that Miley looks fabulous.

A retro hairstyle, bold eyelashes, red lips and Lorraine Schwartz earrings completed her look.

Lucy Liu attended the 2012 Independent Spirit Awards yesterday.

The actress wore a Roberto Cavalli Resort 2012 dress that had a black halter neck top and a tiered skirt with animal-print and a cotton layer.

I like this flirty, fresh dress on her and it's appropriate for the event.

She didn't bore us with black/nude pumps but rather went for the Giuseppe Zannoti sandals.

The strapless, Spring 2012 gown with sequins was sleek, sexy and she looked incredibly statuesque.

A simple, sleek ponytail and black onyx jewels completed her look.

Jennifer Hudson wore a Roberto Cavalli dress to the amfAR Gala.

She looks like a complete diva in this chiffon gown with an embellished bodice.  I like the hair and the jewelery.  But the colour of the dress is just so unattractive, it's neither brown nor grey, just something in between.

2012 Golden Globes - Neutrals

Charlize Theron wore a Christian Dior Couture dress that had a plunging front & back, an oversized bow at the waist & thigh-high split.  She wore her hair in a soft, romantic style and sparkled in Cartier jewels.  Also, those white Givenchy sandals are killer.

Heidi Klum kept things very minimal this year, in this peachy  

Calvin Klein Collection number with a a plunging back which she paired with a statement turqouise neck piece by Lorraine Schwartz.  She kept her hair straight and went natural with her make-up.

Mary J. Blige wore a custom Michael Kors dress.  I like the sparkly top and the halter neck, but the feathered train is something I've never particularly liked.  She wore hair in an interesting updo, added geometric chandelier earrings & carried a Jimmy Choo purse.

'Bridesmaids' actress, Kristen Wiig wore a plunge neck Bill Blass dress.  Not loving this colour, I really wish she'd gone for a brighter hue, like a teal or even green as those would have have paired great with her dark locks.  She's wearing Fred Leighton jewelery & Nicholas Kirkwood heels.

Kate Beckinsale wore a custom Roberto Cavalli gown.  The corsetted, embroidered dress also had a flared hem.  The shape was stunning on Kate although I'm not keen on the pale colour.  She wore it with a high updo, Lorraine Schwartz earrings & stacked cuffs.

Amy Poehler attended the event in a Naeem Khan Spring 2012 dress.  The shimmery, beaded column dress had three-quarter sleeves.  Amy's hair was curled up in a classic do and she wore Van Cleef & Arpel baubles.

Katharine McPhee was the only celeb to shun the full-scale gown for a more contemporary cocktail dress made by Donna Karan.  It's a beautiful dress but just didn't stand ground when compared to all the above dresses.

Miley Cyrus wore Roberto Cavalli to the CNN Heroes event, which she attended with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

The lemon coloured gown with a risque neckline & an embellished waist band was a big improvement from her American Giving Awards look (click here).

And looks like she got the memo for she ditched the severe ponytail for a softer side plait.

Gemma Arterton attended an awards night in London, in a studded Balmain top, leather bottoms & a Viktor & Rolf tuxedo jacket.  The clutch matched the top, way to make a statement.

Heidi Klum launched her jewellery line at a Beverley Hills hotel wearing a crisp white button-down with an animal-print pencil skirt and patterned heels.

Sofia Vergara wore a Roberto Cavalli mini at a party, with gold accessories.  I wish she'd not carried that clutch, it's an awkward size.

Miranda Kerr walked around NYC looking super chic in leather pants, a grey peacoat worn with a printed scarf.  She wore comfy black flats and carried her favourite burgundy Celine tote.

Gisele Bundchen promoted a shampoo line in Brazil wearing a white sheath, with a black jacket and pumps - her hair was the centre of attraction, which was appropriate seeing she was promoting a shampoo brand.

Beyonce wore a Roberto Cavalli gown for the screening of her concert movie in NYC.

The black gown with full sleeves, low-neck & gold embellishments looked lovely on the mother-to-be.

Wavy hair, large gold hoops and glossy lips completed her look.

The plunge-neck dress with a centre split was a little too flashy in my opinion - either the leg or the cleavage, never both!
