Well, it’s back, and, fashion-wise, it couldn’t have picked a better moment. This summer everything from lips to nails to makeup brushes is getting dipped in super-bright neon shades. Shu Uemura has even come up with pom-pomed faux lashes, created by makeup artist Mina Matsumura.
