While appearing on the Jay Leno show, Jennifer Aniston wore a loose, informal looking LBD but made it interesting by adding layered chains and gold earrings. Needless to say, she looks goooood. Eva Mendes also made an appearance in her signature prom dress style. I love how the colour pops against her skin tone and liked that she kept everything else to the minimum, with black Sergio Rossi's and a simple hairdo, so your attention goes to the dress. So two opposite looks, yet both done beautifully.

So, this is the mandatory Gossip Girl update. The photos are from various places, however, Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, Michelle Trachtenberg, Blake Lively and Jessica Szohr were all present at the 'Twelve' movie party, in which Crawford stars. Leighton Meester was not to be seen at the event, but she's on here, in her casual avatar and Ed Westwick was spotted at a CW event. So beginning with the male species, Chace wins this round, hands down; he actually manages to look better in real life than in the poster behind him. Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick lose mainly because of the chest hair display, Penn winning by a slight margin. In terms of the ladies, Blake Lively takes this one, her dress (Chanel!) is very cute and no cleavage in sight! Hurray! The nude shoes are a staple of hers so I'm not too surprised to see them. Michelle Trachtenberg's dress is ill fitting and the dark lips are not doing it for me, seeing as it's the middle of summer and the shade's quite autumn/winter-ish. Jessica Szohr looks alright, nothing special, dressed in a casual sleeveless sweater and jeans. Leighton Meester looks flawless! The shirt dress, paired with a patent red belt, matching lips and sandals is a very good look on her. Plus, her hair looks beautiful. So there, lecture's over.

Finaaaally a Lea Michele sighting! The Glee diva was spotted at the Glee Academy event where she also performed (surprise). Anyway, she looked wonderful doing so, in a draped, gold Reem Acra dress with a floral applique. She chose to go with a matching shade for footwear (they're Casadeis). Her bangs are looking better now that they've grown out.

Spotted, Jessica Biel looking gorgeous at the Spanish premiere of her new movie, co-starring Bradley Cooper and Liam Neeson, The A-Team. Have to say, I adored this look on Jessica, the dress looks soft and feminine without looking messy. A little bit of colour wouldn't have gone amiss but it's okay, because her hair and make-up pretty much make it up for that. Absolutely love the hair! Two-toned without looking odd, well done. It's not a Lanvin creation, but a Vionnet one and the black pumps are Sergio Rossi's.
If you're going to wear sheer tops, look no further than this look from former OC cutie, Rachel Bilson. Bilson wears a light pink sheer top with denim shorts and black ankle booties and she does so with such ease! The look comes off as chic rather than cheap looking. Love it!

It's not easy to pull off a colourful polka-dot jumpsuit. However, Rihanna totally worked this Dolce & Gabbana number! The hair's a bit of an issue but let's ignore that. I loved the way she made the all-in-one the centre of attention by keeping the accessories to the minimum and wearing plain black pumps. Fabulous.
So, fallen style star Mischa Barton looked a smidgen better than her usual haggard self. But the dress would have looked so much more sophisticated sans the blue wings attached to the hip area. It was so close, Mischa! Ps. she was at a Marc Jacobs fragrance launch party in the British capital.

Kate Bosworth AGAIN. She was spotted at a a designer party in LA wearing the designer from head to toe and she wore a bit of red I guess. This is ridiculous! And what an eyesore. Why Kate!? You were having such a good run. Also spotted at the event was Rachel Bilson, who looked very cute in a cheery red skirt (learn, Kate) teamed with a nautical shirt and jacket and added chunky red sandals to the ensemble. I love the clutch too! My only complain would be the two-toned hair, it's a bit much.

So the Knight and Day vehicle finally arrived into the UK. As per usual, the film's stars, Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise were present. And as usual, Cameron Diaz looked fabulous. She kept it simple by pairing a sparkly grey sweater dress with black stilettos and simple hair and make up. But something is missing over here... can't point it out somehow. Cruise was snooze worthy in a casual denim get up.

Disney darling Selena Gomez attended the NYC premiere of her new flick, 'Ramona and Beezus' which also stars Ginnifer Goodwin. The final premiere of the movie, Inception took place on Tuesday night and once again, the three main stars of the movie were out, dressed up to the nines on the red carpet. Marion Cotillard impressed me most at this premiere with her midnight blue L'wren Scott sheath and Louboutins. Ellen Page looked cute in a green mini with a cutout near the neck and Leonardo DiCaprio looked dapper as usual.

Badgley looked good as always in his plaid shirt and Jessica stayed true to her style on the show. The movie Inception's premiere took place in Paris last night and Leonardo DiCaprio & Marion Cotillard were attending. Cotillard wore a lacy Christian Dior number with a sweetheart neckline and a waist cinching bow. I'm not liking this dress at all, nothing about it tells you that it's a designer dress, it could well be a prom dress from Macy's! The shoes will not get my approval either, even if they are Jimmy Choo's, just don't go with the whole look. Sorry, Marion but this look gets a thumbs down. DiCaprio looked dapper as per usual in his suit.

Okay, so I've done this post mainly because of how cute the newly engaged duo Orlando Bloom & Miranda Kerr look! Both greeted each other at Heathrow Airport and how!
