Lea Michele in Zac Posen - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Lea Michele really brought the glamour to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday night.

She wore a dark blue Zac Posen gown with a romantic, draped off-shoulder neckline and looked wonderful.  The heavy make-up worked for her here and I'm glad she wore her hair in a ponytail to show off those stunning Lorraine Schwartz earrings.

Naomi Watts in Versace - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Naomi Watts was some what of a surprise at the UK Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

I was expecting to see something by Stella McCartney on her but she wore this structured and embellished Versace Fall 2012 dress.  The backless dress was new for Naomi as it was more edgy.

A soft, side ponytail and fresh make-up completed her look.

Jessica Alba in Alexander McQueen - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Jessica Alba was present at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday night.

She wore a black lace and ruffle Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 dress with pleated tiers.  It is a pretty dress but felt dark and heavy for the warm weather.

Also, the dark lips and nails trend is being overdone at the moment.  It's a pretty trend but more appropriate for fall.

Eva Longoria in Victoria Beckham - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Eva Longoria attended the UK Glamour Women of the Year Awards in Victoria Beckham, of course.

After a stylish run at Cannes, we expect nothing but the best from Eva and she delivered, in this sleek, tangerine sheath with a silver zip in the back.

The ponytail and fresh make-up were lovely too.  She completed her look with a Ferregamo box clutch and nude Brian Atwood pumps with a think ankle-strap.

Sofia Vergara in Zac Posen - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Ms. Sofia Vergara attended the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in Zac Posen.

She looked colourful in the strapless dress but I really don't like Sofia's choice of jewelery somehow, it's always gaudy and out there.  The jewelery demands attention when it should be the dress doing that.

Shoes were boring, as was the hair.

Lily Collins in Alexander McQueen - 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Lily Collins was in attendance at the UK Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London last night.

She was charming in a forest green, jacquard Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2012 dress with a rounded, strapless bodice and a flared skirt.

Her dark hair was beautiful with the dress and she added colour via the dark red lipstick.  Now only if she'd worn bolder shoes...

Kerry Washington In Marchesa - Glamour 2011 Women Of The Year Awards

Kerry Washington brightened up the red carpet at the Glamour awards in a 2012 Resort Marchesa dress.

Even though the lemon coloured gown is more summer appropriate, I'm not complaining, it's fresh and easy on the eye.

Kerry wore it with a soft updo, diamond hoops and her favourite nude Louboutins.

Lea Michele In Jenny Packham - Glamour 2011 Women Of The Year Awards

Lea Michele wore a Jenny Packham dress for the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards, held in NYC last night.

The 'Glee' actress wore a Spring 2012 Bridal gown for the event.  

The pale, blush coloured dress looked rich, with all the tulle, netting and starburst embellishment.

Lea wore it with glossy, wavy hair, dark red lipstick and looked lovely.

Emma Stone In Lanvin - Glamour 2011 Women Of The Year Awards

The ever fashionable, Emma Stone glided along the red carpet, at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in a golden Lanvin gown.

The plunge-neck gown with pleats and a leg split was worn by Emma with chunky necklaces, mustard hued Mary-Janes & a vintage minaudiere clutch.  

The shoes are a downer, I would have rather seen her wear some sleek gold sandals.

The shade of the dress is divine with Emma's fiery locks and her make-up was flawless.

Jennifer Lopez In Versace - Glamour 2011 Women Of The Year Awards

Jennifer Lopez graced the event, looking elegant in an iridescent, pailette covered Atelier Versace gown.

The shimmery, pale halter gown with a floral applique and a leg split (which could have been lower) looked gorgeous on Jennifer's skintone.

I'm glad she ditched the severe topknot that she likes in favour of a soft hairstyle. 

She wore dark make-up to counteract with the sweetness of the dress, carried a silver box clutch and wore neutral peeptoes.

Jessica Alba In Tory Burch - Glamour 2011 Women Of The Year Awards

At the Glamour Awards, Jessica Alba turned down a gown in favour of a dark, navy coloured, sequined dress by Tory Burch.

The sparkly party dress with a white accents & a peter-pan collar looked very chic on Jess.

And I love the way she wore it with a retro, glossy hairstyle along with opaque tights and black heels.
