Paula Patton exited the 'MI:4' premiere tour with a bang, in this Emilio Pucci Spring 2012 mini.

The full sleeved minidress is adorned with sequins and feathers and I like the colour combination.

Paula wore it really well but if I could change one thing, it'd be the hair - a teased, low ponytail with a centre parting would have been lovely to show off the neckline of the dress.

She's wearing Christian Louboutin 'Bambou' suede peeptoes.

Katie Holmes In Holmes & Yang - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' NYC Premiere

Katie Holmes stepped out to support Tom Cruise, at the NYC premiere of 'MI:4'.

She wore a navy coloured, dotted dress by her label Holmes & Yang that had sheer shoulders & sleeves and a tiered skirt.

The dress is somewhat dowdy and does Katie no favours.

I wish she'd stop wearing clothes from her line all the time, especially when they're clearly not working for her (click here).

Jennifer Morrison In Stella McCartney - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' NYC Premiere

Jennifer Morrison wore a Stella McCartney sheath to the NYC premiere of 'MI:4'.

The black & navy dress is underwhelming and I wasn't too crazy about her choice of accessories.

The ornate, amber earrings look out of place as this dress has minimalistic aura;  the clutch & plain black YSL pumps also felt dated.

No one wears Stella McCartney sheaths quite like Kate Winslet (click here & here).

Paula Patton In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' Rio de Janeiro Premiere

Paula Patton wore a Dolce & Gabbana maxi dress to the final premiere of 'MI:4' in Brazil.

The bright, floral dress had a bejeweled neckline and waistband.

In concept, this look should really work but I'm not able to get excited about it somehow.

This has been a long promotional tour for Paula but none of her looks have struck a chord with me, which is tragic as she must have had so many designers wanting to dress her.  

But I have to say, her footwear was pretty interesting throughout the tour.

Paula Patton wore a Naeem Khan Fall 2011 minidress to the London premiere of the 'MI:4' promotional tour.

The full-sleeved, nude coloured dress had metallic beading all over.

Paula wore it with sexy Christian Louboutin 'Lucifer Bow' pumps which I love.

Paula Patton In Dolce & Gabbana - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' Madrid Premiere

The 'MI:4' cast landed in Madrid for the movie's premiere.

Paula Patton donned a purple, animal print gown with a sweetheart bodice & lace detail by Dolce & Gabbana.

The dress is stunning on her.

She wore it with a low bun and purple earrings.

Paula Patton shut it down at the Munich premiere of 'MI:4' in a Vivienne Westwood number.

The actress wore a silver corsetted dress from the Spring 2012 Red Label collection, with matching platinum Brian Atwood 'Maniac' pumps.

Sure, the hem could have been lower but if you've got it, flaunt it right?

Sonam Kapoor In Alpana & Neeraj - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' Mumbai Premiere

Sonam Kapoor let me down at the 'MI: 4' Mumbai premiere.

The actress wore a coffee coloured, one-shoulder mini by Indian designers Alpana & Neeraj that had feathers and a drape effect.  

The colour isn't working for her, and a belt was necessary to cinch in at the waist.

The ponytail, red lips and emerald earrings are all great, just not with that dress.

Paula Patton In Azzaro - 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' Tokyo Premiere

The 'Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol' promotional tour has officially begun.

At the Japanese premiere, Paula Patton wore an Azzaro Resort 2012 jumpsuit.

It's simple.  I like the PVC-like jacket, but all of it as a jumpsuit isn't such a bright idea; some tapered black pants would have been a better choice.

She wore it with tons of mascara, diamond earrings and cute Dolce & Gabbana star-print pumps.
