Spotted, Hayden Panettiere and Vanessa Hudgens, at a Neutrogena beach type event. So all they're doing, is hanging out on the beach (Hayden in a cute blue dress with what look like YSL Tribute sandals and Vanessa in a halter neck Missoni dress in nude with matching footwear) and smiling at the lenses, oh and they have great skin, courtesy of Neutrogena.
