Basic Skin Care

Basic Skin Care
Before starting the appropriate routine care in four steps, you will need to know your skin type. How to take care of your skin is totally dependent on the type of skin you have: fat, normal / combination, dry, sensitive or sun damaged.

4 Basic Skin Care Needs Basic Skin Care

Basic Skin Care
There are four basic steps to skin care.

Step 1: Cleansing
Simple is the key here. Need to find a good cleanser that your skin responds well, and stick with it. See the best cleaning your skin type.
You can find a good cleaner for the pharmacy. No need to spend $ 40 on a luxury utility. Avoid bar soaps as they tend to dry out the skin. According to Rona Berg, in his book, "Beauty", a French cosmetics executive once told him: "The soap should never touch the skin of the neck down." We agree. Choose a cleanser if you have dry skin with a cleanser or clear if you have oily skin.
Be careful not to cleanse too often. Cleaning should be done at night. If you have dry skin, use cold cream, such as the pool, which the French usage. Simply apply the cream, remove, no water needed (if you have hard water can be particularly harsh on the skin). Most women prefer the water method: Use warm water to remove dirt and clogged pores. Use a dime-sized bit 'of detergent, rinse with cold or lukewarm water. You can also remove makeup with a proper makeup remover.
In the morning, a splash of warm water is all you need (It is' good to remove the excess fat in your moisturizer at night). Do not wash your face with hot or cold water (both of which can cause breakage). Also be careful to clean the skin, you see the sign for more than face clean.

Step 2: Peel
Exfoliation is the step most people go to his office weekly routine. But believe me, if you start to exfoliate the skin, you will notice a difference almost immediately. According to Berg, one of the reasons men's skin looks younger than women because men tend to exfoliate daily when they shave. There are several ways to exfoliate skin: Microdermabrasion chemical peels and retinoids.
Scrubs work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells that tend to interfere with your complexion. We find exfoliating skin once a week with a microdermabrasion kit keeps skin glowing year-round. Be sure to use a gentle exfoliant with small grains. Great good exfoliating grains can tear the skin and cause more harm than good. My favorite team microdermabrasion is performed by LancĂ´me.
At the time it takes to get a chemical peel, you can take five years from the face. They can not pay the price for a monthly peel? Try some skins on the desk job in a month. I prefer MD Skincare.
Retinoids (like Retin-A or Renova hydration more) also work by removing the top layer of dead skin cells while generating collagen in the skin. "Collagen is the skin's structural fiber," dermatologist Dennis Gross said in the magazine O. "As we age, it breaks down, creating lines and large pores." Care experts disagree on many things, but most of them consider retinoids to a miracle skin saver. I'm addicted to Retin-A, which I picked up in Mexico on my annual trip.
If you use a toner cartridge? Some people swear by toners, but many beauty experts do not (toners once read an expert in skin care claims are for copy machines'). Toners are designed to remove all traces of makeup and oil dirt, but a good cleanser should do it. I am convinced that you are. If you like the way your skin feels with a toner cartridge. Buy. use it. Enjoy.
Step 3: Hydrate
Although I know of at least one famous beauty editor who swore skin does not need moisturizer, basically everyone else I have read and agree with is firm believer in it. Framework Law on the beauty is that everyone, regardless of their skin type, should moisturize. Even if your skin is oily, you will benefit from moisturizers. (The only exception is for people with acne). Why? Moisturizers seal moisture into the skin (Berg calls the 'Saran Wrap effect'). How much should you moisturize? Your skin will tell. When the skin is tight, shouts of moisture. Be careful not to over moisturize - this can clog the pores.
It takes the eye? Well, maybe. Some beauty experts recommend eye. Why? The skin around the eyes contains no fat and is very thin and delicate wrinkles. Eye special was designed to "thicken" in this field. However, other experts (including the editors of Allure beauty in the new book) to redeem a lotion every day working around the eyes as well.
Step 4: Use a sunscreen
O Magazine published an article with interviews with several top beauty experts and dermatologists (check it out here). Each of them said sunscreen is the most important part of your care plan of the skin.
The number one cause of wrinkles is sun damage, so it is important to use sunscreen of his childhood in the same winter and on cloudy days. A good trick is to buy two moisturizers: one for day and night that includes UV protection. Do not use moisturizers with sunscreen at night, the ingredients are not intended to be used 27 / 7 and can aggravate the skin. When choosing a sunscreen, make sure it contains Mexoryl (which is my favorite solar La Roche-Posay) or Helioplex, found in Neutrogena products.
