Rosie Huntington Whiteley in Burberry - 2012 Met Ball

Rosie Huntington Whiteley blew me away without doing much at the 2012 Met Ball.

The Burberry loyalist once more wore a custom gown with embellishments and embroidery by the label - the glitzy, full-sleeved gown was one of the many to be seen on the red carpet last night.

But what really impressed me was her high, glamorous bun, smoky eye make-up and earrings.  Gorgeous.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley in Andrew Gn - 'Safe' NYC Premiere

Rosie Huntington Whiteley joined boyfriend, Jason Statham on the red carpet in NYC for the premiere of his latest action movie 'Safe'.

She looked amazing in an Andrew Gn Spring 2012 dress with a halter neck and a tulip skirt.

And we don't usually see Rosie do coloured shoes so it was great to see her wearing the printed blue Brian Atwood pumps.

As usual, a sleek hairstyle accompanied the look, along with drop earrings by Miriam Haskell and a DVF clutch.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley in Stella McCartney - Street Style

Rosie Huntington Whiteley was spotted around NYC looking impeccably stylish as always.

She wore a printed, silk dress with a lace trim from the very popular Stella McCartney Spring 2012 collection.

Rosie wore a thin black belt which matched her fierce Alexander Wang sandals.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley In Antonio Berardi - Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Rosie Huntington Whiteley wore an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 gown for this year's Vanity Fair Oscar Party.

The fire-engine red dress with cap sleeves and a portrait neckline fit her like a glove, and I like how she left the look very simple.

Centre parted hair and a metallic round Jimmy Choo clutch were enough.

Celebs at Burberry Fall 2012 Show - London Fashion Week

Alexa Chung took in the Burberry Prorsum Fall 2012 show at LFW in a navy trench from the label that she paired with menswear-inspired separates; I like her side ponytail & fresh make-up.

Indian actress & fashionista Sonam Kapoor sat front row at the show.  She wore a dove grey, pleated dress, topping it with a Spring 2012 trench from the label.  Sonam completed the look with a neat hairstyle, large earrings and gorgeous heels. Loving her yellow nail colour!

Kate Bosworth left everyone behind in a Fall 2012 ensemble (the owl-print top & pencil skirt formed a major part of the collection). A  messy hairstyle, tan suede booties and a textured clutch completed her look.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley wore a light colour knit sweater top with maroon pants and donned a grey jacket to keep herself warm.  The brand's bag and heels were the finishing touches.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley In Antonio Berardi - Elle Style Awards

Rosie Huntington Whiteley looked ridiculously gorgeous at the Elle Style Awards.  The actress/model wore an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 dress.

The floaty, blush coloured dress has an embellished bodice and a high-low hem.  Rosie accessorised it brilliantly with a sleek hairstyle, delicate earrings, pink lips, clutch & blush satin Sergio Rossi sandals.

Fashion Roundup

Vanessa Minnillo wore a lacy black dress by Love Serpent, the red version of which we saw on Miranda Kerr in 2011 (click here).  It's a pretty dress and she wore it well.

Vanessa Hudgens is still in Australia, promoting her movie 'Journey 2: The Mysterious Island'.  She wore a cute, printed dress by Bec & Bridge for a photocall near the beach.  I'm giving the shades and the gladiator sandals a miss though.

Elizabeth Banks is currently stuck in an all black phase.  She did an interview in NYC this week wearing a brocade Andrew Gn Spring 2012 coat which she wore it with tights, Tabitha Simmons ankle-boots, and a rather random red Prada bag.

She attended the premiere of 'Haywire' in a Theyskens' Theory fringe dress, topped with a strong shouldered jacket and gold accessories.

Kate Beckinsale was, yes, pretty in pink in LA.  The 'Underworld Awakening' actress did an interview in the rosy pink sheath worn with a swingy ponytail, chandelier earrings and caramel coloured pumps.

Rachel McAdams did a radio show in London for 'The Vow' in a cute LBD that had a leather Peter Pan collar and pleated skirt.  She wore a black coat from
The Row Fall 2011 line.  Love those Brian Atwood 'Grace' heels with a thin ankle-strap and ruffles (click here for a better look).

Rosie Huntington Whiteley exited a building in Brazil in a super stylish ensemble of a sequined loose shirt worn with leather pants, shades, cap-toe shoes and her blue Birkin.

Jessica Alba appeared at the SiriusXM studio in NYC in a menswear inspired outfit of a white bomber worn with loose fitting black pants.  Not a fan of this outfit on her, and that red belt is annoying.

Chic Casual Style

A chic casual dressing style is one that takes years to master (sometimes days if you can afford a personal stylist).

These are some recent casual celebrity looks which I love.

Olivia Palermo - her first outfit was an instant hit with me.  Light, flared jeans are hard to wear right in the winter months but Olivia styled them perfectly with a burgundy peacoat, animal-print scarf & a divine Valentino handbag.

In the second one, she wears a navy coloured dress with matching boots (!), all topped off with a fur-collar coat.

Miranda Kerr managed to look chic in a colourful mohair cardigan - quite the feat.  The model wore it with a simple v-neck white tee, faded jeans & suede ankle boots.

Blake Lively was spotted strolling around Boston in Diesel jeans, tough looking boots, a moto jacket, an oversized, tribal-print scarf & a Givenchy bag.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley wore a striped sweater, with an oversized, animal-print scarf, jeans & gorgeous, embellished Chanel boots.

Kate Bosworth did some shopping in LA, wearing a rustic, orange striped top by Proenza Schouler with black jeans and edgy black ChloƩ boots.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley In Burberry - Off Duty Style

RHW stuck to Burberry for travelling back from the label's boutique opening in Paris.

She wore a blue trench from the Resort 2012 collection, with a chain-strap bag, tough-looking boots & a floppy hat - so very chic.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley In Burberry - Burberry Boutique Opening

Rosie Huntington Whitely  attended the opening of Burberry's Paris boutique opening wearing an ensemble from the Burberry Spring 2012 collection.

The tribal print skirt looks amazing on Rosie, and she wore it with a corset belt and teal coloured top.

A half-up, half-down hairstyle, pink lips, a textured clutch and her favourite plain black Christian Louboutin 'Pigalle' heels completed her chic look.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley For Marks & Spencer

Rosie Huntington Whiteley graced the launch of the new Parisian flagship store of Marks & Spencer yesterday.

The model wore a monochromatic sheath with three-quarter sleeves - it's understated, but then it's not a glitzy movie premiere.

Blow-dried locks and Louboutins completed her look, and of course, her trademark pout.

Sienna Miller In Emilio Pucci - Lancel Event In Paris

Sienna Miller hosted a dinner for the french handbag label, Lancel in Paris.

The event, called '135 Years of French Legerete' was hosted by Sienna, who was wearing an Emilio Pucci number.

The black dress with a lace bust & long sleeves, and fringed, draped tiers looked good on Sienna, but the tights felt unnecessary.

Her hair was messy (not a fan) and her make-up also seemed oily.

This dress is more suited to someone like Rosie Huntington Whiteley.

Fashion Roundup

Selena Gomez was spotted at Disney do, wearing a one-shoulder grey mini with a cutout, wearing it with gold hoops & t-strap heels - so simple yet striking.

Kerry Washington graced the photographers a lot this week, first in Marc Jacobs ensemble, and then at a L'Oreal event.  She wore a gold silk Ralph Lauren gown with gold & black beads, a chunky clutch and glossy, side-parted hair.

Also at the L'Oreal bash, was Andie McDowell, in a sparkly gold David Meister gown - she let the dress do the talking and went jewellery-less.  Straight hair & apricot coloured lips completed her gorgeous look.

Julianna Marguiles attended the event in a lovely, berry-hued draped dress, worn with strappy heels.

Ashley Greene surprised me in a positive manner by wearing a cobalt blue Vera Wang dress with a draped one-shoulder at an Avon event.  Love the retro hairstyle and even the black pumps look alright!

Olivia Palermo attended the Princess Grace Foundation Gala in NYC last week, dressed in a satin, peach coloured Rochas dress.  I love the addition of the Giorgio Armani stole, vibrant earrings and matching Charlotte Olympia heels. Inspired.

Also at the Princess Grace Foundation Gala was Olivia Munn - dressed in head-to-toe Calvin Klein.  Love the metallic silver shade on her skintone.

Lea Michele wore yet another white dress, by Versus, at a Christian Louboutin event.  She added grey ankle booties to the mix, which make her feet look wide.  Some sleek pumps/strappy heels would've done the job.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley also attended the Louboutin do, in a high-neck,vintage blouse with a keyhole neck along with leather pants and gold cap-toe pumps.  I dislike the blouse, but otherwise the look is flawless.

Kerry Washington was spotted at the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball, in a white tulle Donna Karan number.  As much as I like the quirky dress, Kerry's choice of shoes & clutch aren't working, neither is the make-up.

Tyra Banks attended the event in a bright purple David Meister fishtail-hem gown.  Love the sleek bun, bright lip and dangly earrings.

Padma Lakshmi donned a barely mint Alberta Ferreti dress with some mismatched ethnic jewellery, not her best look.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley In Burberry

RHW, who is the face of Burberry Body looked pretty darn amazing at the LA launch of the fragrance.

She wore a blush silk Burberry sheath that looks like second skin on her, with strappy heels & tousled, volumised hair.

Perfect? I'd say yes.

Rosie Huntington Whiteley in Emilio Pucci - Hollywood Film Awards

RHW looked fabulous in her Emilio Pucci dress (Spring 2012).

I love this dress, it's very busy but I love the detailing - like the cutout in the back, the leg split and the lace on the sleeves.

Rosie wore her hair in a bun, but I have to say, I love the hairstyle that the runway model is sporting.

She finished off the look with patent, pointy Louboutins.

Toning It Down

Apparently, Rosie Huntington Whiteley is still premiering the "Transformers" movie!

So it's no wonder she toned it down in Osaka, Japan.

At the conference, she wore a leather LBD by Marios Schwab with a lace trim, finishing the look off with black pumps.

It was a simple pale ChloƩ dress for her at the premiere too, but I hate the upper part of this dress, it's very unflattering.

Rosie Does D&G Spring

Rosie Huntington Whiteley wore a white lace dress from the Dolce & Gabbanna Spring 2011 line at a movie event.

Almost every celebrity there ever was has worn dresses from this line, so this was no surprise but there's no denying she looks pretty as a picture.

The floral applique dress looked very lady-like on her, and she finished the look off with a wavy hairstyle and nude Louboutins.

Final Stop: New York

Rosie Huntington Whiteley made her final premiere stop in NYC yesterday, in a luminescent Antonio Berardi gown, sure it's a bit repetitive but she looks gorgeous!

Hi Berlin, Hi London

Rosie Huntington Whiteley continues her run of amazing gowns!

At the Berlin premiere of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon", she went for a floor-sweeping shimmery, silver Naeem Khan gown that she wore with a thin belt and side-swept hair.

In London, she went for a navy coloured Burberry gown that she wore with a very minimalistic approach.

The Transformers Tour

British model turned actress, Rosie Huntington Whiteley has been on a promotional tour for her upcoming movie, the latest in the "Transformers" franchise.

She has been using her modelling credentials to the the max in elegant gowns that are elegant and make her look statuesque.

Her first choice was a belted black Michael Kors number; I think this dress looks more like a swimming cover-up, rather than a dress.

In Moscow, she chose Michael Kors once more, this time bringing it in a hot pink, asymmetrical dress with a slit and wearing nude heels.

For the red carpet, she chose a two-tone, sheer chiffon Gucci dress - this dress is going in two directions (floral, feminine with the bodice and sheer, risque in the bottom part) and looks a little hotch-potch.
