Ginnifer Goodwin in Viktor & Rolf - 2012 Critics' Choice Television Awards

Ginnifer Goodwin wore a Viktor & Rolf Fall 2012 dress to this year's Critics' Choice Television Awards.

The 'Once Upon a Time' actress did a complete switcheroo with this full sleeved, textured and striped dress with a net covered plunging neckline (she was all sweet and girly at the Young Hollywood Awards, remember?).

That being said, I liked this dress on her, despite it being more Fall appropriate.  Really did not like those Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.

Ginnfer Goodwin in Monique Lhuillier - 2012 Young Hollywood Awards

Ginnifer Goodwin hit up the Young Hollywood Awards on June 14th in Hollywood.

The actress, who won the award for 'Style Icon' this year, wore a white lace Monique Lhuillier Resort 2012 frock to the event.

I adore this sweet, summery dress but wish she hadn't paired it with that black Edie Parker clutch and Louboutin heels.  Something colourful would have been lovely, like her pink lip colour and nails.

Ginnifer Goodwin in Jonathan Saunders - ABC Upfront Presentation

Ginnifer Goodwin attended Entertainment Weekly's ABC Upfronts for her show 'Once Upon a Time'.

Ginnifer wore a Jonathan Saunders Fall 2012 dress that had a burgundy leather bodice and a graphic skirt with a black band.

I'm glad she wore it without the black sleeves.

Ginnifer Goodwin in Monique Lhuillier - 2012 Met Ball

Ginnifer Goodwin wore a Monique Lhuillier Fall 2012 dress to the Met Gala.

The colour, the fit, the hair, make-up are all perfect.  Flawless.

I am tempted to say she should have chosen a sleeker sandal but I just can't bring myself to.

Ginnifer Goodwin in Preen - 2012 Kentucky Derby

Ginnifer Goodwin attended this year's Kentucky Derby in Kentucky on Saturday.

She wore a bold coloured Preen Spring 2012 dress with the collection's signature colour blocks pattern and topping the look with a matching wide hat.

I think it's a good look for her, and I like the colour of the dress.  She completed the look with a pink clutch and black pumps.

Ginnifer Goodwin in H&M - 2012 White House Correspondents' Dinner

Ginnifer Goodwin supported the high-street at the 2012 White House Correspondents' Dinner.

She wore an H&M gown that had a white bodice, a black waistband and a very ruffled skirt. While I didn't mind the dress itself, the unfinished ruffles near the hem looked bad.

I did love her make-up, though.  Especially the eyes.

'My Valentine' Premiere

Friday night saw a lot of lovely ladies attend the premiere of 'My Valentine', a video created by Paul McCartney and starring Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp.  Unsurprisingly, everyone wore clothes by Stella McCartney, who did the styling for her dad's music video.

Reese Witherspoon - The pregnant actress wore a comfy black shift with lace detail and looked ever so happy!

Gwyneth Paltrow - She went for the jean + blazer combo, adding Stella McCartney Fall 2012 heels in the process.

Kristen Stewart - I didn't understand her look at all.  It looked like she got dressed for school but got access to a make-up box and decided to put everything one.

Gwen Stefani - She wore a black jumpsuit from the Stella McCartney Fall 2011 collection with a sheer neck and sleeves and a peplum waist.  I love the top-knot and red lipstick.

Miranda Kerr - The model looked stunning in the Stella McCartney Spring 2012 dress.  I love how her make-up and hair is always clean and sleek.

Zooey Deschanel - The 'New Girl' star wore a strapless dress with a bow at the waist from the Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2012 line.  On this occasion I'm glad she wore tights.

Ginnifer Goodwin - She wore a multi print dress with a maroon collar.  The belt was an important accessory here as it stopped the dress from looking like a sack.  I liked her choice of clutch and shoes too.

Rumer Willis - She opted for a gown from the Stella McCartney Spring 2012 collection.  This gown has been worn many times but I hated how Rumer wore it - that black shawl thing was so unnecessary, as was the messy hair.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Jonathan Saunders - 'Once Upon a Time' - Paleyfest

Ginnifer Goodwin attended The Paley Centre for Media's Paleyfest, honouring her TV show 'Once Upon a Time'.

The actress chose a richly coloured Jonathan Saunders Pre-Fall 2012 dress for the event.

The print is cute and Ginnifer and can really pull off the the colour.  I wish she hadn't worn that belt as it feels unnecessary and is creating a strange lumpy silhouette.

She wore warm make-up that included a dark blush and lip colour and completed the look with neutral Giuseppe Zannoti peep-toes.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Peter Som - Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Ginnifer Goodwin attended the Vanity Fair party in a Peter Som Fall 2012 dress.

This gauzy LBD with a peplum was one of my favourites from his collection but I can't say that I love it on Ginnifer.

It's because of the overload of accessories - the earrings & necklace feel like an afterthought.

The clutch, and shoes are pretty nice though.

Celebs at the Chanel and Charles Finch Pre-Oscar Dinner

I have to say, I wasn't a big fan of any of the clothes at this pre-Oscar party. But here goes.

Rose Byrne wore a column, colour-block dress.  Her bob really breathes interest into all of her looks. Clever.

Diane Kruger in a satin LBD - not loving the way it's sitting on her bust though, looks very uncomfortable.

Olga Kurylenko looked pretty good in her sparkly dress and shoes.

Freida Pinto wore a strapless LWD but her footwear is, for lack of better word, tragic.

Lily Collins wore a ruffled white skirt and black top with a leather jacket.  Lily suffers from the black pump syndrome, sadly.

Elizabeth Olsen attempted to do granny-chic but that blue coat is so unflattering.

Ginnifer Goodwin paired a white blouse with some very ill-fitting black shorts. The pink clutch, red lips, headband, shiny sandals... it's all a bit too much.

Rachel Bilson wore a dove grey dress with floral embroidery but ruined the look by wearing that suede jacket.  Just the bag and heels were enough.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Roksanda Ilincic - 2012 People's Choice Awards

Ginnifer Goodwin rocked a Roksanda Ilincic Spring 2012 dress at the PCAs.

The neon pink shift with full, flared sleeves was worn by Ginnifer with some eye-catching blue earrings and Jimmy Choo heels.  I just want to pull out the earrings, they don't go with that dress at all.

I wish she'd grow out her hair now.

Ginnifer Goodwin In Prabal Gurung - 2011 CMA Awards

Prabal Gurung was the designer of choice for Ginnifer Goodwin at the CMA Awards.

The strapless, 2012 Resort frock with floral tiers was a little too cutesy on Ginnifer I thought.  The hairstyle wasn't working either.

She is wearing Giuseppe Zannoti sandals.

Something Borrowed Premiere

Kate Hudson's a busy lady! She was back on the blue carpet last night along with Ginnifer Goodwin for the premiere of their new movie, "Something Borrowed".

Kate absolutely glowe
d in a lemon coloured Versace gown. The soft chiffon fabric flowed, the mother-to-be glowed... okay, I'll stop. But she looked great! And the straight hair is a nice change.

Ginnifer wore an e
dgy printed Hervé Leger mini with matching accessories.

At The Met Ball!

*Click on the images for a clearer look.

Eva Men
des wore a pleated dress in a royal blue colour, with a gold belt by Stella McCartney. The colour looks beautiful on her and I love this dress!

Ginnifer Goo
dwin wore... Topshop! Unbelievable, really but the green dress does look nice on her and I like the splashes of blue and violet in the form of the accessories.
Jennifer Lopez wore a raspberry coloured Gucci dress. The shoulder detail adds drama to the look, appropriate for the event but the dress would've looked nicer without it.

Beyonce worke
d those famous curves in the tight fitted Pucci dress. It's ornate and dramatic and very, very Beyonce.
Isabel Lucas and Leighton Meester represented Louis Vuitton on the red carpet.

Isabel's pink gown isn't all that exciting but that hea
dwear is full of drama!

Leighton Meester's hea
d to toe black look felt boring, the only interesting aspect being the earrings.

Lea Michelle looke
d lovely in a taffeta Escada gown in a vibrant colour, and I loved the earrings and clutch! I wish Lea had posed with more confidence, she looks a little confused! It's fair, with this being her first year at the Met Ball and all I guess.

Evan Rachel Woo
d brought gothic in a deep plum coloured Gucci dress, it's pretty safe and dull.

Renee Zellwegger showe
d up in her go to label, Carolina Herrera. The nude gown with a back drop fits her like a glove but I'm not loving the crystal beading on the sides - makes the dress look a little costume-ish.

Jennifer Hu
dson continues her wave of great looks! She wore Vera Wang for the evening and looked lovely!

Oscar Parties - Vanity Fair

A slew of stars showed up at the post-Oscars Vanity Fair party.

Kate Beckinsale looked great in her full-sleeved sparkly gown by Julien McDonald - it reminds me a bit of
Cheryl Cole's BRIT awards look.

Jessica Biel wore a tan/nude coloured Atelier Versace dress - it doesn't look too good on her, probably because of her make-up.

Brooklyn Decker worked it in a layered Joy Ciuci dress with a pale, tie-dye effect, I love it.

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift stuck close at the Vanity Fair party, Selena looked cute in a scarlet Dolce & Gabbana gown, while Taylor wore her signature sparkles, in the form of a Zuhair Murad minidress.

Naomi Watts' Zac Posen was anything but stunning, I'll just leave it at that.

Amanda Seyfried's Valentino mini was lovely but I'm not a fan of the bra peeking out.

Charlize Theron wore a simple, one-shoulder Atelier Versace gown, she looks lovely. It's a change from this year's trend of boat-neck, cap-sleeves or full sleeved trend.

Anna Paquin wore a an asymmetrical Monique Lhuillier - the black pumps seem a little harsh and the silhouette does nothing for her height either.

I LOVED Zoe Saldana's look - head to toe, it's so festive, bright and cheerful! (I think it's a Burberry dress she's wearing), and the gold purse is the same purse Leighton Meester carried at the Golden Globes.

*Up
date - Zoe's dress is by Prabal Gurung

Emma Stone rocked that Chanel Haute Couture piece - I love the deep purple, but maybe the little piece of fabric at the back could have been avoided.

Dianna Agron wore a deep-neck J Mendel frock in a navy blue, by now I've learnt that this Glee girl likes her monochrome and especially her dark colours, so she didn't surprise me! But anyway, she looks good.

All the glamour was left to Miss Lea Michele. At the party she wore a sequined blue Roberto Cavalli gown - maybe the she could have gone a little easier with the eye makeup though.

Jessica Szohr wore a backless gown with a sheer fabric over a skirt by Chris Benz - it's different for sure! But I'm not liking that thick black glittery belt between the bodice and skirt.

Ginnifer Goodwin wore a frock by British label, Erdem - it's a fun look but the bell shape of the skirt does nothing for her figure.

Kerry Washington looked smashing in her Escada gown & Gwyneth Paltrow wore a nude Michael Kors gown and as usual, looked pretty much flawless.

Art of Elysium Benefit

Ginnifer Goodwin dressed up in a cute ruffled LBD by Dior which she wore with wine coloured heels for the Art of Elysium auction in Hollywood.

Anna Kendrick attended the event wearing a soft J Mendel dress with a biker jacket and simple black heels.

Jayma Mays looked lovely in a black and gold Ronald Abdala dress in a very classic silhouette.

Pretty in Prints

Printed shirts & dresses can always make an outfit interesting, and you can go easy with the accessories too because the prints speak volumes.

Ginnifer Goodwin wore this black cocktail dress by Monique Lhuillier, pairing it with some simple red peeptoes - it's a bol
d yet elegant look.

Nicky Hilton was seen walking in LA in this warm coloured blouse with an abstract print - the colours remind me of a sunset! Love the peg jeans, pewter coloured peeptoes and the pink Chanel chain strap!

Heidi Klum was at an event wearing this pretty printed fuschia Rachel Roy sheath with black Jimmy Choos.

Diane Kruger wore the multi-print Giambattista Valli shift with her signature minimalist touch, the barely there black and gold heels - prime example of wearing prints, go easy with accessorising when wearing them!

More Premieres

Even more premieres! The TV show "Big Love" had its Season 2 premiere in Hollywood. Spotted: Ginnifer Goodwin & Chloe Sevigny. Chloe wore an edgy Rodarte dress with cutouts - not a fan at all (maybe if the cutout on her stomach wasn't there it would have looked better), and the strappy red Louboutins do not work with the dress. Also, Chloe's hair doesn't look good. Ginnifer looked lovely in a cute pink Valentino dress with nude Brian Atwoods. Zoe Saldana was seen at the premiere of her film, "Burning Palms" in Yves Saint Laurent - the skirt gets a big no from me though.

Chanel's Night Out

The Museum of Contemporary Arts' (MOCA) Annual Gala took place in LA and brought out all the major fashionistas of la-la-land! All were decked out in their finest Chanel togs, as the label sponsored the event. My favourite of the bunch would have to be: Kirsten Dunst (she looked so good after such a long time!), Rachel Bilson, who stood out in the sea of white choices (and whose choice of footwear really sold it to me, so fierce!) and Malin Ackerman, the white looked great against her California tan. If I had to be picky, I'd say that Rachel should have put her hair in a chic updo, it's a little boring. The rest, Mila Kunis, Kate Bosworth, Chloe Sevigny and Ginnifer Goodwin also looked good... but really, there's not much criticism to make here, it's Chanel after all.

*Correction: Malin Ackerman's wearing a Ralph Lauren dress, not a Chanel
